Who is Ashford Local?
We build websites specifically for local trades businesses — plumbers, HVAC, electricians. We're based in Florida, fully licensed and insured as a business, and we specialize in this one thing instead of doing dozens of industries badly.
Who owns the website?
We host and manage everything while you're a customer — that's what the $100/month covers. If you ever leave, you can buy the site and code out for a one-time fee or we'll help you transition to another host. The domain we register goes with you either way; it stays in your name.
What if I don't like something on the preview?
Normal. The preview is a starting point based on what we could see from your Google listing. Once you claim the site, we'll spend 30-45 minutes on a kickoff call with you to get the copy right — your voice, your specific services, your real team photos. Two rounds of revisions are included in the build.
Do I need to provide photos?
If you have truck photos, team photos, or before/afters, yes — they go a long way. If you don't, we'll work with what's on your Google listing. We'll never use stock photos of someone else's trucks or team.
What about SEO?
